Doe Run’s college internship program offers a wide variety of internship opportunities at each Missouri division and includes opportunities for real-life mining industry experience. In addition to experiencing daily work, interns take part in individually targeted development activities and project work. Interns also present their projects to Doe Run executives and leaders through a capstone event.
Internship focus areas include:

- Metallurgical engineering
- Mechanical engineering
- Electrical engineering
- Geological engineering
- Environmental engineering
- Human resources
- Public relations/communications
- Information technology
Students that have completed at least one year in an undergraduate program ranging from engineering, geology, chemistry, environmental studies, information technology, human resources or public relations/communications may apply.
