HANSEN PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT OF

SALES AND MARKETING

 

ST. LOUIS (Feb. 4, 2009) – Jose Hansen has been named vice president of sales and marketing for The Doe Run Company. With more than 25 years of experience in the global metals market, Hansen also joins the company’s Executive Team.

 

Hansen has served as director of global metal sales for Doe Run, a global leader in lead production and recycling, since 2005. In his expanded position, Hansen is responsible for all commercial aspects of global sales for Doe Run. He will direct development of plans, strategies and policies that promote the company’s marketing goals, and he also will have responsibility for customer service and relationships.
